I am focused on insuring you are in your best shape for competition.
This includes overall conditioning and sport specific strength.
This should be done in a way that the athlete is at his/her peak on fight night.
Additionally, I have become a specialist in strengthening the often overlooked small muscles groups, tendon and ligaments to give a fighter the best chance of avoiding injury.
A Mobility, Strength, & Conditioning Coach is a professional who specializes in enhancing an individual's physical performance, overall strength, endurance, mobility, and functional movement. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to strength training, conditioning, and mobility enhancement, but most importantly for combat athletes, I make sure that you are peaking at the right time in alignment to your fight.

I evaluate an individual's current fitness level, movement patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and any potential limitations. This assessment helps me create a customized training plan.
Based on the assessment and length of camp, I design a comprehensive training program that includes strength exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility work, and mobility drills. The program is tailored to allow you to have peak performance ability come fight night.
Through various resistance training exercises we build muscle strength, power, endurance, and explosiveness. I ensure proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.
I incorporate cardiovascular exercises like running, cycling, breathing techniques &/or interval training to improve aerobic fitness, endurance, and overall cardiovascular health.
Mobility exercises, dynamic stretching, and flexibility work are included to improve joint mobility, joint strength, range of motion, and functional movement patterns.
I design training programs that progress over time, varying intensity, volume, and complexity. I also implement periodization techniques to optimize results and prevent plateaus.
A focus on proper form, technique, and targeted exercises helps prevent injuries during training. I also offer corrective exercises to address muscular imbalances and movement dysfunctions.
